
Eugene Flinn received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Miami in 1984 earning academic honors including Dean’s List(s) and membership in Pi Sigma Alpha, a national political science academic honor society. He then attended law school at the
University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in January 1987. He was admitted to the Florida Bar and has been practicing law in Florida ever since.
Attorney Flinn has been involved in the practice of Workers’ Compensation throughout his career. His practice has also included commercial litigation, first party claims, workers’ compensation, landlord/tenant, and Code Enforcement matters. Practicing in Circuit and County Courts, before hearing officers/Code enforcement boards and DOAH, Offices of Judges of Compensation Claims. Attorney Flinn is also admitted to practice in Federal Court: US Southern
District of Florida.
He has appeared in various courts, at all levels, throughout the State of Florida. Attorney Flinn has also served as a Special Master, hearing Code Enforcement matters.
